Net contens of Bottles and Cans: Weighing Method


1.1. The determination of the net content of bottles and cans by weighing.

1.2. The derivation of volume from weight has the advantage, aside from the higher accuracy, that the temperature of individual packages do not have to be taken into account. The specific gravity, however, must be measured at 20 ºC.
